Once you arrive at the ferry terminal, purchase a ferry ticket to Tioman Island. The ferry ride takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

Once you are on Tioman Island, disembark at either Tekek or Salang Jetty, depending on the ferry you choose. From Tekek, you can hire a boat or take a taxi boat to Monkey Bay. The boat ride from Tekek to Monkey Bay typically takes about 15-20 minutes. Ensure you negotiate the price beforehand; expect to pay around RM 20-30 per person.

If you prefer to hike to Monkey Bay from Tekek, you can follow the marked trails. The hike takes about 1-1.5 hours. Start at Tekek and follow the signs leading to Monkey Bay.
