If you are traveling by car, start by heading towards the North-South Expressway (E1). If you're coming from Kuala Lumpur, take the E1 highway heading north. Continue on the expressway until you reach the exit for Kuala Kangsar (exit 140). Follow the signs towards Kuala Kangsar, and then proceed to the town of Gerik. From Gerik, follow the signs leading to Banding Island. As you approach Banding Island, you will find the entrance to Royal Belum Perak State Park. Note that there is a fee for entering the park, which is approximately RM30 for adults and RM10 for children. Make sure to carry cash as card payments may not be accepted.
