The primary mode of reaching Makunufushi is via speedboat transfer from Velana International Airport (MLE) in Malé. Upon arrival at the airport, a representative from COMO Cocoa Island will meet you and escort you to the speedboat. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes, offering scenic views of the Maldivian atolls. The round-trip speedboat transfer costs approximately $350 USD per adult and $175 USD per child (ages 2-11). Private boat transfers are also available for around $900 USD for up to 4 people. These costs are subject to additional taxes and service charges.
