From anywhere in Hulhule, head towards the nearest ferry terminal located on the eastern side of the island. Follow the signs directing you to the ferry terminal. Once you reach the terminal, purchase a ticket for a ferry to Malé. The ferry ride typically takes about 10 minutes and costs approximately 3 MVR (Maldivian Rufiyaa). After disembarking at the Malé terminal, exit the terminal and proceed straight onto Boduthakurufaanu Magu. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer, and you will see Republic Square on your right, marked by its green lawns and nearby buildings.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride from Hulhule to the ferry terminal on the eastern side. After parking your bicycle at the terminal, purchase a ferry ticket to Malé. The ferry ride takes around 10 minutes and costs about 3 MVR. Once in Malé, you can cycle directly towards Republic Square by following Boduthakurufaanu Magu for approximately 1 kilometer. There are bike lanes available on the road for your safety.
