Local know-how to help you travel smarter and make the most of every moment.
Walking
If you are in Hulhumalé, start by heading towards the main road, which is known as the 'Hulhumale Road'. From there, head south toward the beach area. You will pass by various local shops and cafes. Keep following the road until you see signs directing you to 'Hulhumale Beach'. This walk should take about 15-20 minutes depending on your starting point.
Bicycle
For a quicker and more enjoyable ride, consider renting a bicycle from one of the local rental shops. Once you have a bicycle, ride towards the main road (Hulhumale Road) and follow it south. This route takes you directly to Hulhumale Beach, where T-Man's Beach is located. The bike ride should take approximately 10 minutes.
Local Shuttle
If you prefer not to walk or bike, you can take a local shuttle bus that operates around the island. Look for the shuttle stop near your accommodation and check the schedule for the next bus heading towards 'Hulhumale Beach'. The fare is usually around 10 MVR. The shuttle will drop you off close to the beach, and from there, it’s just a short walk to T-Man's Beach.
