From Malé International Airport (MLE), the most common way to reach Vaadhoo Island involves a combination of domestic flight and speedboat. First, take a domestic flight to Ifuru Airport (IFU), which is the closest airport to Vaadhoo. Upon arrival at Ifuru Airport, a speedboat will transfer you to Vaadhoo Island. The speedboat transfer typically costs around $50-$100 USD per person.
Ferry
Alternatively, you can take a ferry from Malé to Vaadhoo. Ferry prices to Vaadhoo from the islands in Raa Atoll cost around MVR 500. Check local schedules for the latest times.
