From Velana International Airport (MLE) in Malé, the most common way to reach Fairytale Inn is by speedboat. Tourist speedboats depart from the airport jetty and take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours to reach Thoddoo. It's essential to book in advance through 12Go or directly with your accommodation. A one-way ticket costs around $35-$50 per person. Upon arrival at the Thoddoo jetty, Fairytale Inn is a short taxi or bicycle ride away. A taxi from the jetty to the Inn will cost approximately 50-100 MVR.

Public Ferry
A more budget-friendly option is the public ferry, which takes around 4-5 hours and includes a stopover at Rasdhoo Island. The ferry from Malé to Rasdhoo departs on Mondays and Thursdays, and from Rasdhoo to Thoddoo. The entire journey costs approximately $10 per person. From the Thoddoo ferry terminal, Fairytale Inn is a short taxi or bicycle ride away. A taxi from the jetty to the Inn will cost approximately 50-100 MVR.

Walking
Once on Thoddoo, Fairytale Inn is easily accessible from most points on the island. From the main town area, head east towards the eastern beach. The Inn is located a short walk from Masjid Abdulla Mosque, approximately 5 minutes away. Follow Ameeneemagu Road; the Inn is located off this main road. There are no sidewalks, so exercise caution while walking on the road.
