  Ari Heaven is centrally located in Thoddoo, making it easily accessible on foot from most parts of the island. From the Thoddoo ferry terminal or speedboat landing, head inland towards the center of the island. Ask any local for directions to Ari Heaven; the friendly residents are always happy to help. The walk should take no more than 15-20 minutes from most arrival points on the island. Note: There are no taxis on Thoddoo, walking is the primary mode of transport within the island itself.

• Public Transport

  The primary way to reach Thoddoo is via speedboat or ferry from Malé. * **From Malé by Speedboat:** Tourist speedboats to Thoddoo depart from the Malé Airport Jetty once or twice a day and take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Make sure to reserve a seat in advance. You can book the speedboat online or directly with your accommodation. The price is $35-$50 per person one way. * **From Malé by Public Ferry:** There is also a public ferry service operated by MTCC (Maldives Transport and Contracting Company), which takes 3 hours to travel from Male to Rasdhoo and around 1.5 hour to travel from Rasdhoo to Thoddoo Island. The cost is around $4 USD. Be sure to check the updated schedule on the MTCC website. Maldivian local ferries are frequently delayed and can even be canceled at the last minute due to weather conditions.
