Car
If you are driving from the center of Mopti, head south on Avenue Moussa Tavele for about 4 kilometers. Follow the signs towards Sangha Ogol Leye. Once you reach the outskirts of Sangha, turn left onto the road marked CM39. Continue for approximately 1 kilometer, and you will see the entrance to Mare sacrée aux crocodiles on your right. Parking is available near the entrance.
Public Transportation
To reach Mare sacrée aux crocodiles using public transportation, head to the main bus station in Mopti. Look for shared taxis (also known as 'sotrama') heading towards Sangha Ogol Leye. The fare should be around 500 CFA Francs. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Sangha, ask the driver to drop you off near CM39, and from there, it is a short walk of about 1 kilometer to the entrance of Mare sacrée aux crocodiles, which will be on your right.
