From the Birgu waterfront, head east along Triq Il-Lvant. You will pass by various shops and cafes. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Triq Il-Palazz Ta' L-Isqof. Turn left onto Triq Il-Palazz Ta' L-Isqof. After a short walk, you will find Bishop's Palace on your left at number 13.

Follow this road until you reach the waterfront, then turn right and walk along the waterfront promenade. When you reach the intersection with Triq Il-Lvant, turn left and continue until you arrive at Triq Il-Palazz Ta' L-Isqof. Turn right, and Bishop's Palace will be at number 13 on your left.
