Getting There

Walking
Start at the main square in Birgu, known as 'Misraħ Il-Lapes'. From there, head towards the waterfront along 'Triq il-Knisja' street. Continue walking along the promenade, enjoying the views of the marina. After approximately 10 minutes, you will reach the junction with 'Triq il-Kalkara'. Turn left into 'Triq il-Kalkara' and continue straight. After about 15 minutes of walking, you will see the entrance to the Esplora Interactive Science Centre on your left, located at Villa Bighi. The address is 'Villa Bighi Dawret Fra Giovanni Bichi Il-Kalkara, Kalkara'.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the main square in Birgu, walk to the nearest bus stop located at 'Birgu, Misraħ Il-Lapes'. Take bus number 3 or 31 towards 'Kalkara'. The journey should take around 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Kalkara, Bighi' stop. From the bus stop, walk a short distance along 'Triq il-Bighi' and you will find the Esplora Interactive Science Centre on your right, within Villa Bighi.
