Walking
Start at the main square in Birgu, known as the Piazza della Vittoria. From the square, head south towards the waterfront along Triq Sant' Anna. Continue walking until you reach the waterfront promenade. Once you reach the promenade, turn left and walk along the coast. You will pass the lovely views of the Grand Harbour. Keep walking until you reach the end of the promenade where you'll see a large building. This is the Esplora Interactive Science Centre located at Villa Bighi. The entrance will be on your right.
Public Transport
From Birgu, make your way to the nearest bus stop, which is located at the corner of Triq Sant' Anna and Triq il-Knisja. Take bus number 81 or 82 heading towards Valletta. After about a 10-minute ride, get off at the Kalkara bus stop. From there, walk straight along Triq il-Kalkara for about 5 minutes. You will arrive at the Esplora Interactive Science Centre located at Villa Bighi on your left.
