From the center of Birgu, head towards the waterfront by walking down Triq il-Mina. Continue straight until you reach the end of the road, which leads to the marina. Keep walking along the water until you reach the entrance of Fort St. Elmo, which is located on Mediterranean Street at St. Elmo Place in Valletta.
