Getting There

Walking
Start from the main square in Birgu, known as the Vittoriosa Waterfront. Head towards the coast and follow the waterfront promenade along the Grand Harbour. Continue walking along the promenade until you reach the Fort Saint Angelo. From there, keep walking along the waterfront, and you will eventually reach a point where you can see Sliema across the harbour. Continue along the path until you reach the ferry terminal. You can either take the ferry to Sliema or walk along the promenade until you reach Tower Road. The Sliema Promenade is located on Tower Road, which runs parallel to the sea. Look for the signs pointing to Sliema Promenade.

Public Transport (Ferry)
From Birgu, make your way to the ferry terminal located at the Vittoriosa waterfront. Purchase a ferry ticket to Sliema. The ferry ride is scenic and takes about 10 minutes. Once you arrive at the Sliema ferry terminal, exit the terminal and head straight onto Tower Road. The Sliema Promenade is just a short walk from the terminal, heading left along the waterfront.
