Getting There

  • Walking

    From the main square, Pjazza Santu Wistin, head south along Triq Sant' Anna. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Triq Il-Luzzu. Turn left onto Triq Il-Luzzu and continue straight until you reach the main road, Triq Il-Kbira. Cross the road, and you will see the bus stop for Route 81. Take the bus towards Tarxien. It should take about 10 minutes. When you get off the bus at the Tarxien stop, walk straight along Triq It Tempji Neolitici for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at the Tarxien Temples on your right.

  • Public Transport

    From Birgu, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Triq Il-Kbira. Board the bus Route 81 heading towards Tarxien. The journey will take approximately 10 minutes. Once you arrive at the Tarxien bus stop, disembark and walk straight along Triq It Tempji Neolitici. The Tarxien Temples will be on your right after about a 5-minute walk.

  • Walking

    If you are coming from the Maritime Museum, exit the museum and head north on Triq Il-Kbira towards the bus stop. Take the bus Route 81 towards Tarxien. After about 10 minutes, get off at the Tarxien stop. Walk along Triq It Tempji Neolitici for around 5 minutes, and you will see the Tarxien Temples on your right.
