    Walking

    From the Birgu Waterfront, head inland towards the city center. Walk along Triq Sant' Anna, the main street. The entrance to the Birgu Ditch Gardens will be on your left, just before the road veers to the left. The gardens are accessible via stairs. There is no fee to enter the gardens.

    Public Transport

    Take bus number 2, 3, or 4 from Valletta Bus Terminus to Birgu. Get off at the Birgu Centre stop. Walk towards the Birgu Waterfront and then head inland towards the city center. Walk along Triq Sant' Anna, the main street. The entrance to the Birgu Ditch Gardens will be on your left, just before the road veers to the left. The gardens are accessible via stairs. A single bus fare is approximately €2-€3.

    Driving

    Follow the signs to Il-Kottonera and drive towards the Birgu marina. There are parking areas just outside of Birgu. From the parking area, walk towards the Birgu Waterfront and then head inland towards the city center. Walk along Triq Sant' Anna, the main street.
