Casa Normanna is located in the heart of Birgu, easily accessible on foot from most points within the city. From the Birgu waterfront, walk towards the entrance of the Inquisitor's Palace. Turn right onto Triq il-Lunzjata and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Triq il-Knisja. Turn left onto Triq il-Knisja, and Casa Normanna will be a short distance down the road on your left. There are no costs associated with walking to Casa Normanna.
Public Transport
If arriving by bus from Valletta, take bus routes 2, 3, or 4 to Birgu. Get off at the 'Riche' or 'Bieb' bus stop, both within a short walking distance of Casa Normanna. From the bus stop, follow the walking directions above to reach Casa Normanna. A single bus fare costs approximately €2.
Ferry
Alternatively, a scenic way to reach Birgu is by ferry from Valletta. The ferry from Lascaris Wharf in Valletta arrives at Cospicua Dockyard Creek. From the Birgu waterfront, walk towards the entrance of the Inquisitor's Palace. Turn right onto Triq il-Lunzjata and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Triq il-Knisja. Turn left onto Triq il-Knisja, and Casa Normanna will be a short distance down the road on your left. The ferry costs €2.
