Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the Blue Grotto viewing area. Head southeast on Triq Il-Wilga towards Triq Hagar Qim. Continue along this road for about 2 km. You'll see signs for Għar Ħanex along the way. Once you reach RCFQ+87F, Triq Hagar Qim, you'll find parking available nearby. Please note that parking might incur a small fee, approximately €1 for an hour.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take the bus from the Blue Grotto area. Look for the bus stop that serves Route 201, which travels towards Qrendi. Get off at the 'Hagar Qim' bus stop. After disembarking, walk east along Triq Hagar Qim for about 15 minutes until you see the entrance to Għar Ħanex. The bus fare is approximately €2.00 for a single journey.
Walking
If you prefer to walk from the Blue Grotto viewing area, head towards the coastal path that leads southeast. Follow the path for about 1.5 km until you arrive at Triq Hagar Qim. From there, turn right and continue walking for another 500 meters until you reach Għar Ħanex. This scenic route will take you around 30-40 minutes, depending on your pace.
