If you're driving from Blue Grotto, head northeast on Triq Il-Marfa. Continue straight for about 8 kilometers. You will pass through the village of Qrendi and then onto the main road. Look for the signs directing you to Mellieħa. Once you reach Mellieħa, follow the signs to the 'Our Lady Of The Grotto' shrine. There is parking available nearby, but be aware that parking may incur a small fee.

Public Transportation
From Blue Grotto, walk to the nearest bus stop and take the bus number 101 towards Mellieħa. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Mellieħa stop, which is close to the town center. From there, it's a 15-minute walk to Our Lady Of The Grotto. Head north on Triq Il-Marfa, following the signs to the shrine. Make sure to check the bus schedule beforehand, as the frequency may vary.

If you are already in the Blue Grotto area, it's a scenic, albeit long, walk to Our Lady Of The Grotto. Start at the Blue Grotto viewpoint and head northeast on the coastal path. After about 45 minutes, you will reach the main road. Turn left onto Triq Il-Marfa and continue walking for another 20 minutes until you reach the shrine. This route offers beautiful views of the coastline.
