The bus departs every 15 minutes from the Tonn bus stop in St Paul's Bay and arrives at the Imhasel bus stop in Bugibba, which is a short walk from the jetty. Alternatively, several bus routes connect Valletta to Bugibba, including routes 31, 45, 48, and TD13. From Sliema, you can take bus 212 or TD13 to Bugibba.

The addition of a 36-meter branch offers further shelter during inclement weather, while the new terminal provides sheltered waiting areas for passengers.
