To reach the ferry terminals in Malta via public transport, take bus lines 41, 42, X1, 221, or 222 to Ċirkewwa. These buses depart from major locations like Valletta, St. Julian's, and Buġibba. A single bus fare costs €1.50 in winter and €2.00 in summer. From the Ċirkewwa bus stop, it's a short walk to the ferry terminal. In Gozo, the ferry terminal in Mġarr is easily accessible by local buses from Victoria (Rabat) and other towns.

Taxis and ride-sharing services are available throughout Malta and Gozo. A taxi from Valletta to Ċirkewwa will cost approximately €30-€40 and take around 45 minutes.
