    To reach Porte de la Victoire from the center of Marsa, start by heading east on Triq il-Labour. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq il-Kbira. Follow this road until you reach the next roundabout. Here, take the first exit onto Triq il-Fortizza. Keep walking straight until you reach the waterfront area. Once you arrive at the waterfront, you will need to cross the bridge to Birgu. After crossing, follow the path leading to the right towards VGPC+V7M. Porte de la Victoire will be located nearby.

    From Marsa, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Triq il-Kbira. Take Bus 81 or Bus 83 towards Valletta. After a short ride, get off at the Valletta bus terminal. From there, switch to Bus 2 towards Birgu. This bus will take you directly to Birgu. Once you get off, head towards the waterfront and follow the signs to Porte de la Victoire, which is located at VGPC+V7M.
