Fort Campbell, also known as Il-Fortizza ta' Selmun, is a former British fort in Mellieħa, Malta, constructed in 1937-1938. Walking
From the Mellieha Parish Church, head north on Triq il-Parsott. After about 500 meters, turn right onto Triq il-Kbira. Follow this road until you see signs for Fort Campbell. The fort is located near the coordinates X97R+G54. The walk is approximately 1.4km and should take around 20-25 minutes.
Public Transport
From Mellieha, take bus lines 41, 42, 49, 221, or 222 towards Triq Il-Fortizza Ta Campbell. Get off at the Mistra stop, which is about a 1.4km (18 min) walk to the fort. A single bus ticket costs €2.50 in the summer and €2.00 in the winter.
Taxi
From the center of Mellieha, a taxi to Fort Campbell will cost approximately €15-€20 and take about 10 minutes. Taxis are readily available in Mellieha.
