    From Mdina Gate, the main entrance to the city, walk straight ahead. Follow Triq Mesquita, and Pjazza Mesquita will be on your left, approximately 10 minutes from the gate.

    Take a bus to Rabat. From the Rabat bus terminal, walk towards Mdina Gate, which is about 100-200 meters away. After passing through the gate, follow Triq Mesquita for approximately 10 minutes to Pjazza Mesquita. A single bus ticket costs €2.50.

  • Taxi

    Ask the taxi driver to drop you off at Villegaignon Street corner with Mesquita Street, which is only a few meters away from Mesquita Square. Taxis can drop off and pick up passengers outside Mdina near the Main Gate and Greek's Gate. A taxi ride from Valletta to Mdina costs approximately €30-€40. A ride from Sliema to Mdina should cost around €12.
