Getting There

  • Public Transport

    From Valletta or Bugibba, take bus route 41 or 42 towards Mġarr. Get off at the Mġarr bus terminal. From the terminal, walk towards the 'W8HR+22' location, about a 15-minute walk. Follow the main road and local signs to the viewpoint. Bus tickets cost €2.50 in summer and €2.00 in winter for a single journey. A 12-journey card costs €19. An Explore Card, offering unlimited travel for 7 days, is available for €25.

    If you are already in Mġarr, start from the Mġarr bus terminal and head southwest on Triq il-Luzzu. Follow the road, looking for signs directing you to the View Point. The walk is approximately 15 minutes.

  • Car

    From any central location in the Northern Region, such as St. Paul's Bay, head southwest on Triq il-Luzzu and merge onto the Bypass Road (SPB Bypass). Continue towards Mġarr. On-street parking is available in Mġarr, but it can be limited. Parking is free. Use a map application for precise directions.
