Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving, start from Hondoq Bay by heading northwest on Triq Hondoq towards Triq Iz-Zewwieqa. Continue straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the junction where you will turn left onto Triq Iz-Zewwieqa. Follow this road for approximately 600 meters and you will arrive at the panoramic viewpoint at 2 Triq Iz Zewwieqa, Il-Qala, which offers stunning views of Comino Island. Make sure to park carefully in the designated areas.

• Public Transportation

  To reach the panoramic viewpoint via public transport, start at the nearest bus stop in Hondoq Bay. You can take the bus route that services the area towards Qala. Look for buses heading to 'Qala' or 'Mgarr', as they will pass near the location. Get off at the stop closest to Qala village. From there, it is about a 15-20 minute walk. Head east on Triq Il-Qala and then turn right onto Triq Iz-Zewwieqa. Walk for approximately 600 meters until you reach the viewpoint. Ensure you check the bus schedules for timings and frequency.

• Walking

  For those who prefer to walk from Hondoq Bay, start by heading northwest on Triq Hondoq. Continue straight until you reach Triq Iz-Zewwieqa. Turn left and follow this road for about 1.5 km. The walk may take approximately 30-40 minutes, but the views along the way are exceptional. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and carry water, especially during warm weather.
