Walking
If you are in the central area of Gzira, head southwest towards the waterfront. Walk along Triq Gzira, which runs parallel to the coast, and enjoy the views of the harbor. Continue straight until you reach the end of the street, where it intersects with the main road, Triq Ix-Xatt. Cross the road and continue walking along the promenade towards Sliema. Once you reach Sliema, look for the ferry terminal where you can take a ferry to Valletta. The ferry departs frequently and the ride takes about 10 minutes. Once you arrive at the Valletta ferry terminal, exit and head straight towards Merchants Street. Continue walking straight until you reach number 18. The Hook is located on your left.

Start from Gzira and walk to the nearest bus stop, which is usually located on Triq Gzira. Take bus number 13, 14, or 15 heading towards Valletta. The journey takes about 20 minutes, depending on traffic. Get off at the last stop, which is the Valletta bus terminal. From there, walk towards Merchants Street. It is a short walk, and you will find The Hook at number 18 on your right side.
