From any location in Gzira, head to the nearest bus stop, which is usually along Triq Gzira or near the waterfront. Look for the bus number 41 or 42 heading towards Valletta. Board the bus and enjoy the ride for about 20-30 minutes. Make sure to get off at the stop named 'Naxxar' or close to 'Markiz Scicluna'. From the bus stop, walk straight along 'Markiz Scicluna' street for about 5 minutes until you reach Kappella San Gakbu, which will be on your left.

Continue along the waterfront until you reach the Ferries at Sliema. From here, cross the road and continue towards the direction of St. Julian’s. Walk along the main road (Triq ix-Xatt) until you reach the intersection with Triq Sant'Andrija. Turn left and follow the road until you reach Naxxar. Kappella San Gakbu will be located on Markiz Scicluna street as you approach the area.
