Getting There

  • Walking

    From the central area of Gzira, head east along the main promenade facing the sea. Continue walking towards the direction of Valletta. You'll pass by several cafes and shops along the way. As you approach the end of the promenade, you'll reach the end of the Gzira waterfront. Continue straight, and you will see the ferry terminal on your left. Follow the signs to the ferry for Valletta. Once you board the ferry, it will take you across the harbor to Valletta. After disembarking in Valletta, head south towards the city gate and then follow the signs leading to Senglea. It is approximately a 15-minute walk from the ferry terminal in Valletta to Senglea.

    From Gzira, walk to the nearest bus stop on the main road. Look for bus routes 62, 63, or 81 which will take you towards Valletta. Board the bus and stay on until you reach the Valletta bus terminal. Once you arrive at the Valletta bus terminal, exit the bus and follow the signs to the ferry terminal. Take the ferry to Senglea. When you get off the ferry, you will be in Senglea, ready to explore the area.
