Turn left onto Triq Il-Marfa and follow the signs to Mellieħa. You will see Our Lady Of The Grotto on your right. There is limited parking available nearby, so be prepared to walk a short distance if the parking area is full.

From Hondoq Bay, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Triq Il-Hondoq. Take the bus route 101 towards Mellieħa. The bus will take you directly to the Mellieħa area. Disembark at the Mellieħa bus terminal. From there, it is a 10-minute walk to Our Lady Of The Grotto. Head east on Triq Il-Marfa, and you will find the shrine on your right. Make sure to check the bus schedule as the frequency may vary.
