From your location in Marsa, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is likely on Triq il-Linja. Look for the bus routes that head towards Valletta. Take bus number 81, 82, or 133. The journey will take approximately 20-30 minutes. When you reach Valletta, get off at the bus terminus. From there, follow the signs towards the city center and head towards the Upper Barracca Gardens, where you will find the Barrakka Lift.

If you prefer to walk, start from the center of Marsa and head towards the coast. Walk along Triq il-Linja until you reach the waterfront. Turn right and follow the promenade towards Valletta. The walk will take you about 1 hour. Enter Valletta through the city gates, and navigate towards the Upper Barracca Gardens to find the Barrakka Lift.
