Bus
From Marsa, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Triq il-Labour. Board the bus number 81 or 82 towards Valletta. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Valletta terminus, follow the signs to the exit. As you exit, head towards Republic Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the street, then turn left onto Mediterranean Street. The National War Museum - Fort St Elmo will be on your right, located at St. Elmo Place.

Walk
If you prefer to walk, start from the center of Marsa and head towards Triq il-Labour. Walk straight until you reach the roundabout. From the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq San Ġużepp, and continue until you reach the waterfront. Follow the promenade along the coastline towards Valletta. This scenic walk will take approximately 1 hour and will lead you through beautiful views of the harbor. Upon entering Valletta, continue on the promenade until you reach Mediterranean Street, where the Fort St Elmo is located.

For a more direct option, you can take a taxi from Marsa to Valletta. Simply wait at a designated taxi stand or book one using a local taxi app. The ride will typically take around 15 minutes, depending on traffic. Inform the driver to drop you off at Mediterranean Street, near St. Elmo Place, where the National War Museum - Fort St Elmo is located.
