If you are starting from Marsa Square, head northeast on Triq il-Kbira towards Triq il-Labour. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq Santu Wistin. Follow this road until you reach another roundabout, where you will take the first exit onto Triq Santa Lucija. Continue straight until you reach the end of the street, then turn left onto Triq San Publiju. The Joseph Scicluna Monument will be located on your right, in the square.

From the Marsa Sports Club, exit onto Triq il-Kbira and head south. Continue until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the third exit onto Triq il-Labour. Walk straight for about 500 meters, then turn right onto Triq Santa Lucija. Follow this road until it ends, and then turn left onto Triq San Publiju. The monument will be on your right.
