Getting There

Car
If you are driving from Marsalforn Bay, head south on Triq il-Qolla l-Bajda (the road along the coast) and follow the signs towards Xagħra. After approximately 5 minutes, turn left onto Triq il-Kanun. Continue on this road for about 1.5 kilometers. You will reach a fork; keep to the right to stay on Triq il-Kanun. After another kilometer, you will see a sign for Calypso Cave. Turn left onto the road that leads directly to the cave entrance parking area. Please note that there may be a small parking fee.

Public Transportation (Bus)
To reach Calypso Cave using public transport, take bus route 322 from Marsalforn Bay towards Victoria. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the stop named 'Xaghra'. From there, you can walk to the cave. Head south on Triq il-Kanun for about 15 minutes, following the signs to Calypso Cave. Be prepared for some uphill walking, and wear comfortable shoes.

If you prefer to walk from Marsalforn Bay to Calypso Cave, set out towards Xagħra by following the main road (Triq il-Qolla l-Bajda) towards the south. After roughly 30-40 minutes of walking, you will come to a junction. Turn left onto Triq il-Kanun and continue for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs directing you to Calypso Cave. This route offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
