Continue onto Qbajjar Road, which runs parallel to the coastline. After about a 10-15 minute walk, you will see Alex Flats on your right. Islands Tec Dive is located within Alex Flats, at Qbajjar Road, Marsalforn Gozo, MFN 1516.
