Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Marsalforn, head south towards the main road (Triq il-Luzzu). Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq il-Qolla l-Bajda. Follow this road for about 1.5 km until you reach the next roundabout. Take the first exit onto Triq Sant'Antnin. Continue along this road for about 800 meters, and you will see signs for 'Salt Pans'. Follow the path that leads you to the coastline, and you will arrive at the Salt Pans.

  • Public Bus

    From Marsalforn, walk to the nearest bus stop on Triq il-Luzzu. Take bus number 41 towards Victoria. After about 15 minutes, get off at the stop 'Żebbuġ'. From there, it is a short walk (about 600 meters) towards the coast. Head southwest on Triq il-Kbira, then turn right onto Triq il-Bajja. Follow the path leading to the Salt Pans.

  • Bicycling

    If you have access to a bicycle, you can start from the center of Marsalforn. Ride south along Triq il-Luzzu and then take the second exit at the roundabout onto Triq il-Qolla l-Bajda. Continue for about 1.5 km, then take the first exit at the next roundabout onto Triq Sant'Antnin. After about 800 meters, you will see signs for the Salt Pans. Park your bike in the designated area and walk to the viewing points.
