Car
If you are driving, start from the main road along Marsamxett Harbour. Head towards the direction of Valletta and follow the signs for Birgu (Vittoriosa). Once you reach the roundabout at the end of the road, take the second exit onto Triq Sant' Anna. Continue straight until you reach the waterfront area in Birgu. Fort St. Angelo will be located right by the waterfront. There is parking available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking restrictions.

Public Transportation
To get to Fort St. Angelo using public transportation, take the bus from Marsamxett Harbour to Valletta. Look for buses heading to the Valletta Bus Terminal. Once in Valletta, transfer to Bus 1 or Bus 2, which will take you directly to Birgu. Get off at the Birgu (Vittoriosa) stop. From there, walk towards the waterfront, and Fort St. Angelo will be visible just a short walk away along the waterfront. Follow the signs leading to the fort.

If you are already in Marsamxett Harbour and prefer to walk, head towards the waterfront area and follow the promenade along the coast in the direction of Birgu. This walk will take approximately 30-40 minutes. As you walk, enjoy the scenic views of the harbour. Once you arrive at the waterfront in Birgu, you will see Fort St. Angelo directly ahead. Follow the signs that guide you to the entrance of the fort.
