From Marsamxett Harbour, start by heading southeast on Triq il-Lanca towards Triq San Ġorġ. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout, then take the second exit onto Triq Sant'Elmo. Follow this road as it becomes Triq il-Bajja. At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto Triq il-Knisja. Continue to follow this road until you see signs for Marsaxlokk. The journey takes about 30 minutes depending on traffic. Parking is available in Marsaxlokk, but be aware that it might incur a fee.

From Marsamxett Harbour, walk to the nearest bus stop (likely at the lower part of the harbour). Take the bus number 81 or 85 towards Valletta. After approximately 20 minutes, transfer at Valletta bus terminal to bus number 81 or 85 again towards Marsaxlokk. The total travel time is around 40-50 minutes. The bus fare is approximately €1.50 for a single journey, but you can use a prepaid Tallinja card for ease.
