From the center of St. Julian's, head towards the coast and follow the signs towards Sliema. Walk along the promenade towards Balluta Bay. Once you arrive at the terminus, head towards Republic Street and walk straight until you reach the City Gate. From St. Julian's, make your way to the nearest bus stop. Take bus number 13 or 14 from the stop towards Valletta. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Alight at the Valletta Terminus.
