From Marsaskala, head to the nearest bus stop. You can find one at the main square near the church. Take bus number 81 or 85 towards Valletta. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the Sliema Ferries stop. Once you get off the bus, walk towards the coast along Tower Road. St. Anne Square will be on your right, just a short 5-minute walk along the promenade.

If you prefer to walk, start from the Marsaskala seafront and head towards the main road (Triq il-Korp Tal-Pijunieri). Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Triq il-Gardjola. Turn left and follow this road until you reach the roundabout. Take the right exit towards Sliema. Follow the signs and paths leading to Tower Road. Once you arrive at Tower Road, St. Anne Square will be a short distance ahead on your left.
