Bus
From Marsaskala, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the main square (Pjazza San Tumas). Take bus number 81 or 85 towards Valletta. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Valletta bus terminal. Once there, follow the signs towards the Upper Barracca Gardens. From the gardens, you can take the lift down to Lascaris Ditch, where The Lascaris War Rooms are located.
Walking
If you prefer to walk, head towards the coastal promenade from the Marsaskala center. Walk along the promenade until you reach the end of the bay. Continue towards the direction of the main road (Triq il-Korp Tal-Pijunieri) leading to Valletta. It is a long walk of about 8 km, which should take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you reach Valletta, follow the signs to the Upper Barracca Gardens and then take the lift down to Lascaris Ditch.

You can also opt for a taxi or a private hire service. Simply request a ride to 'Lascaris Ditch, Valletta'. The journey will take around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Ensure you confirm the fare beforehand or that the meter is running.
