Walking
Start at the Marsaskala waterfront promenade near the main bus stop. Head southeast along the promenade, enjoying the view of the sea. Continue straight until you reach the end of the promenade. Take the path to your left, which leads into the residential area. Follow the road until you reach a T-junction. At the junction, turn right onto Triq it-Tonn. Continue walking straight until you reach the Saltpan Basins, which will be on your right side marked with a sign.
Public Transport
From any location in Marsaskala, make your way to the nearest bus stop. Take bus number 81 or 85 towards Valletta and get off at the 'Marsaskala - Triq il-Kappillan' stop. After exiting the bus, walk back along Triq il-Kappillan towards the sea, then turn left onto Triq it-Tonn. Continue straight until you reach the Saltpan Basins on your right.
