Starting from the Marsaskala waterfront, head north along the promenade. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Triq il-Qajjenza. Turn left onto Triq il-Qajjenza and continue walking for about 500 meters until you reach the bus stop named 'Marsaskala - Bajja.'
Bus
At the 'Marsaskala - Bajja' bus stop, take bus number 81 or 82 towards Valletta. The buses run frequently, so you should not have to wait long. Stay on the bus for approximately 25 minutes, and listen for the stop 'Valletta.' Disembark at this stop.
Walking
Once you exit the bus, head towards the main entrance of Valletta. Walk straight ahead into the city, passing through the main gate. Continue walking until you reach the square called St. George's Square. From there, follow the signs towards the Upper Barracca Gardens, which will lead you to the area near Victoria Gate.

From the Upper Barracca Gardens, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Grand Harbour. To reach Victoria Gate, head back down towards the main road, and look for signs directing you to Victoria Gate. It is located at VGW7+9FV, Liesse, Il-Belt Valletta. It should take you about 10 minutes to walk from the gardens to the gate.
