Walking
From Marsaskala Main Square, head north towards Triq il-Korp Tal-Pijunieri. Continue straight onto Triq il-Qamar. Follow the road as it curves to the right and becomes Triq il-Miskak. Proceed until you reach the junction with Triq il-Qolla l-Bajda. Turn left onto Triq il-Qolla l-Bajda and continue straight until you reach the seafront promenade. Walk along the promenade, enjoying the views of the sea. When you reach the end of the promenade, you will see a bus terminal. From here, take bus number 81 or 82 towards Valletta. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the 'Ta' Xbiex' stop. Walk towards the waterfront and head to the address VFXW+6M6, Ta' Xbiex XBX 1026. Whitehall Mansions will be nearby.
