If you are driving from Marsaxlokk Fishing Village, head north on Triq il-Luzzu towards Triq il-Knisja. Turn left onto Triq San Publju, then right onto Triq l-Istazzjon. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout, then take the second exit onto Triq Sant'Antnin. Follow this road until you enter Valletta. Look for parking options in the area as parking can be limited. The church is located on St. Lucia's Street.
