Getting There

  • Walking

    From the Marsaxlokk waterfront, walk towards the main road (Triq Il-Knisja). Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq Il-Fortizza. Follow this road as it curves to the right and becomes Triq It-Tempji Neolitici. The Tarxien Temples will be on your left side at the address Triq It Tempji Neolitici, Ħal Tarxien TXN 1063. The walk should take approximately 30 minutes.

    From the Marsaxlokk waterfront, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Triq Il-Knisja. Catch bus route 81 or 85 towards Valletta. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the 'Tarxien' bus stop. From there, walk along Triq It Tempji Neolitici for about 5 minutes to arrive at the Tarxien Temples, located at Triq It Tempji Neolitici, Ħal Tarxien TXN 1063.
