If you are starting from the Marsaxlokk waterfront where the fishing boats are located, head east along the promenade. Continue walking past the various restaurants and shops. You will reach a small roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq Il-Kbira. Follow this road until you reach the end, where you will see The Island Sanctuary on your right, just a short distance away.

From the main bus stop in Marsaxlokk, take bus number 81 or 82 towards Valletta. Get off at the stop called 'Marsaxlokk Bus Terminus.' From there, walk towards the waterfront and then follow the same walking directions as mentioned above, heading east along the promenade, past the restaurants and shops, to reach The Island Sanctuary.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Marsaxlokk. Head towards the promenade and cycle east along the waterfront. After passing the restaurants, take the small road leading to Triq Il-Kbira. Continue straight until you reach The Island Sanctuary, which will be on your right.
