If you are starting from the Marsaxlokk waterfront where the fishing boats are located, head east along the promenade. Continue walking past the various restaurants and shops. You will reach a small roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq Il-Kbira. Follow this road until you reach the end, where you will see The Island Sanctuary on your right, just a short distance away.
