Start from the Mdina Gate, the main entrance to Mdina. Walk straight through the gate and continue along the main road, Triq Villegaignon. After about 10 minutes, you will reach the end of Mdina. Here, you will see signs for public transport. Look for the bus stop that says 'Rabat'. Take the bus towards Rabat and get off at the stop for Ghajnsielem. From the bus stop, walk approximately 5 minutes down Triq Ghajnsielem, and you will find CitySightseeing Gozo at 27FX+R9G. The agency is located near the ferry terminal.

From Mdina, head towards the nearest bus stop located at the Rabat side of the city. Board the bus heading towards Ghajnsielem. The bus ride will take about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Ghajnsielem bus stop, you can walk for about 5 minutes down Triq Ghajnsielem to reach CitySightseeing Gozo at 27FX+R9G. Keep an eye out for local signs that will guide you to the ferry terminal, where the agency is located.
