Walking
If you are starting from the Mdina Main Gate, exit the gate and walk down the main street, Villegaignon Street. Continue straight until you reach the Piazza, a large open square. From the Piazza, turn left onto St. Paul's Street and follow it until you arrive at the end of the street. At the end, turn right onto Charity Street. St. George's Basilica will be on your left, just a short walk down the street.

If you are near the Mdina Cathedral, exit the Cathedral and head towards the left side of the square. Walk along the narrow street that leads you to St. Paul’s Street. Once you reach St. Paul’s Street, turn right and continue straight. At the end of St. Paul’s Street, turn right onto Charity Street. St. George's Basilica will be located on your left side shortly after turning onto Charity Street.

If you are at the Palazzo Falson Historic House Museum, exit the museum and turn left onto the street. Walk straight until you reach the main square. From there, continue down St. Paul's Street, and once you reach the end of the street, turn right onto Charity Street. St. George's Basilica will be on your left a short distance down Charity Street.
