Assuming you are already in the heart of Mdina, head towards the main entrance of the Mdina Old City, which is marked by the grand gates. From there, walk through the narrow streets, taking in the beautiful architecture. Continue straight until you reach the central square, known as 'Pjazza San Publiju.' From this square, you can see the stunning St. Paul's Cathedral. The Старый город is just beyond this square; simply follow the signs that direct you towards the city's historical landmarks, and you will find yourself at the picturesque areas of the Old City.

If you are starting from the Mdina Dungeons Museum, exit the museum and turn right onto the main street. Walk straight ahead, and you will come to the main gates of the Старый город. This route will take you through some of the oldest parts of Mdina, where you can appreciate the medieval structures lining the streets.
