    From the Mdina Main Gate, head straight down towards the Bastion Square. Continue along the road until you reach the bus stop area. Here, catch the bus to Xagħra. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes, and you should disembark at the 'Xagħra' bus stop. After getting off, walk straight ahead on Triq il-Knisja until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Triq il-Bambina, where you will find Ta’ Kola Windmill a short walk down the road.

    Alternatively, from Mdina, you can walk to the nearby town of Rabat. Head towards the St. Paul's Cathedral, then walk towards the bus terminus in Rabat.
